I paid extra for fast delivery, yet my order arrived after the promised date. When I contacted customer service, I was assured that I would be refunded for the delivery fee, but that refund never occurred.
Additionally, the blanket I received was not the size I ordered; we took measurements, and it turned out to be smaller than expected. Moreover, it was extremely thin and didn’t match the description on your website.
This was meant to be a birthday gift, and due to the delays and discrepancies in size and quality, I had to order from a different company. I spent a total of over sixty dollars on this item, only to incur more costs for a suitable replacement.
I expect to receive the refund that was promised to me.
