Tracking
Tracking information is automatically updated and emailed to you once your order has completed production and quality checks and has been handed over to the carrier.
PO Boxes
Rigid, fixed-size products such as posters, canvases, and metal signs cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address when ordering these products.
All items offered on Printitize are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you, one at a time, for the best quality!
While we print a portion of our products in-house at our US facilities, we also source from suppliers worldwide to offer our shoppers a greater variety of merchandise. We only work with vendors who abide by our strict quality control guidelines and standards. This is the reason for the delivery times below.
Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

We process orders on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard-Times, except for holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

How much will I pay for shipping?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase.
Shipping for the US:
- Standard Shipping: The shipping price will be $6.95 per item for USA Shipping.
- Fast Shipping: The shipping price will be $16.95 per item for USA Shipping.
International shipping (EU, CA, AU and Others):
- Standard Shipping: The shipping price will be $9.95 per item for the rest of the world.

Can I track my packages?
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received the tracking number within the timeframe below, please contact our help support team here and we’ll be happy to assist!
Please note:
It may take up to 24h for your package to show up in the forwarder’s tracking system.
For international orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.
I never received my package. What should I do?
If your item has not arrived within 30 days after having ordered, contact one of our champs through our Contact Us page, and we will do our best to help you!
International buyers! – What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price and the shipping fee. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
