Return and Refund Policy

Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address until your order leaves our facility!

Style, Size, and Photo Changes
As long as changes are requested before 11:59 PM EST on the day of placing your order, we can make any changes necessary. Send us an email here with your order number in the subject line and any changes in the body. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible and make it happen!

Damaged/Misprinted Items
If the product arrives defective, we will remake and resend it free of charge. Please contact us here with a picture of your item and order number. We will reprint your item and ship it to you within 30 days
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your product, we offer a remake at no charge. Please fill out our contact form and include a picture of your item explaining the issue and your order number, and a member of our team will be able to assist you.
Damaged/Misprinted Items can only be replaced within 30 days from the date of successful delivery. After these 30 days, Printitize is not responsible for replacing any damaged or misprinted items.
Please note that whatever size, color, and image you upload will be printed on your item. If the incorrect size, color, or image is selected and sent out to you, Printitize is not responsible for replacing these items.

Product Image Disclaimer
Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee that every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material, or size of an item before purchasing.

Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, we are more than happy to replace the package and ensure your order makes its way to you. If you do not want the package to be replaced, we must wait 2 weeks before refunding the order if the package finds its way to you and is delivered. Our Customer Service Team will be sure to check in on your order periodically throughout the two weeks to track its progress and provide accurate updates.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you must do so by 11:59 PM (EST time) the same day you placed your order due to our 1-day production turnaround, you will receive a full refund. Since your personalized products are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a $9 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you need to cancel your order more than 12 hours after purchase, we will refund the entire cost of your item, less the $9 customization fee.

Returns
If you would like to return your product because you are unsatisfied, please send us an email with your order number and an image of the product you received and our team will be able to determine the status of your return based on the information provided.
Our policy lasts for 3 business days. If 3 business days have passed since the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

At this time, we are unable to offer free shipping on returns. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Please allow up to 3 days for your refund to process once our warehouse receives the returned product. Your bank statement will reflect a change in 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
